These terms apply to this website and to gifts made to International Mission For Aid And Assistance Network Inc, a Texas nonprofit recognized as tax-exempt under Internal Revenue Code section 501(c)(3) (EIN 99-1023295), based in Melissa, Texas.
Donations
All donations are voluntary and tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law under IRC Section 501(c)(3). A gift does not purchase goods, services, or membership. Receipts are issued by the payment processor or the foundation when its records can do so. This page is not tax advice. Confirm deductibility with your own tax advisor.
Payment processors
Online gifts are processed by accredited third-party gateways, including Zeffy and Donorbox. Completing a gift means you also accept the terms of the processor that handles that transaction.
Use of this website
The site is provided for information about the foundation, its governance, and its projects. Content may be updated. Links to project sites, including imaanmasjid.org, are offered for convenience and are governed by those sites' own terms.
